
Vanessa Hudgens and Major League Baseball player Cole Tucker are apparently gearing up to say “I do.”
The couple reportedly got engaged at the end of 2022, according to TMZ. It’s still unclear exactly when Tucker popped the question, however, the outlet notes that they did take a trip to Paris together in November, a city well known as a popular destination for proposals.
Rumors that Hudgens and Tucker were dating first began in November 2020 after they were spotted holding hands together in Los Angeles, and by Valentine’s Day the following year, the pair was Instagram official. They went on to walk their first red carpet together at the AFI Fest Opening Night Gala in November 2021 for the premiere of Hudgens’s film Tick, Tick…Boom!

The High School Musical star regularly supports her boyfriend at his baseball games, and they aren’t afraid of expressing their love for one another on social media either. Just last week, the actor shared a photo of the two of them dancing together on Instagram, captioned, “I’ll stop the world and melt with you ❤️? @cotuck.”
Hudgens previously revealed on an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show in May of 2021 that she had found love during quarantine and was the one who made the first move by sliding into Tucker’s DMs. She told the host, “If I want something or someone, I’m going after them. I just sneaked into his DM and said, “Hey, nice to meet you.” So I think it’s no shame to take the first step,” she told Barrymore during a group meditation call via Zoom for the first time, 10 months after she broke up with her boyfriend of nine years, Austin Butler. I explained that we had met and gave up on dating. until now. “I got on Zoom and I’m like, ‘Who’s that?'” she said, referring to Tucker. So she logged into Instagram to find him and they’ve been together ever since The baseball player was a little more reserved on the subject, but when asked about his girlfriend at a spring training press conference in March of this year, he told reporters, “She’s amazing.”
Vanity Fair has reached out to representatives for Hudgens and Tucker, but has yet to hear back at the time of publication.
